RETURN POLICY

Countrydale wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a store credit.

You can return items for up to 10 days from the date you receive it.

Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

FREE SIZE REPLACEMENT POLICY
As you know, babies all grow at different rates, and we can hear from one customer that an item is too big, while another will write us that the same item is too small. So we created our size replacement policy for just this reason. If you would like to take advantage of this offer you can email us at shop@countrydale.com within 10 days of receiving to return the item for your choice of a replacement size or store credit for the full amount (shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility).

RETURNS
If your product is damaged or has any issues, please contact us at shop@countrydale.com with a photo of the product and we will arrange a return at our expense.

SHIPPING

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
